Here she comes AGAIN!!!

So I shared my story for the first time yesterday about my evil, ungrateful SD14 who lived with us for the past 4yrs although DH has pretty much been the sole provider for her her entire life. I'm pretty sure we have paid for many if not all of BM's mani+pedi's, jacked up weaves, and tacky heels. SD moved back with BM a month ago (she finally has her own place. Let's see how long this last), and now doesn't even acknowledge DH. It has been his belief that if he bust his a** to make sure SD's needs and wants are met than when she become old enough to think for herself she would see that he was the one that cared for her both emotionally and financially. Well like I've always suspected.....she doesn't give a s**t. She is her mothers child and has learned how to use him although if it weren't for DH she would have been in state custody twice, living in a rat infested home (that he took her from), hungry all the time (he's provided for SD and her other 4 siblings that aren't his children), and even enrolled her in school because BM moved to a new neighborhood and never did it!

Well over the past month she has not answered DH or MIL phone calls although DH pays her cell phone bill, but she had the nerve to call one Saturday to ask for money to go rollerskating....What?? Then she called again on Monday to inform DH of an award ceremony that was taking place at her school on Tuesday. The whole time I'm wondering why she even bothered calling because it's all about her raggedy BM any other time. Well, my wondering came to an end once we arrived. Of course BM wasn't there to support her child. So that's why we got the phone call, so she wouldn't be the only kid without a support system. Ughh....how can a kid know how to use someone?? I guess she learned from the best!

When were leaving she tells DH "I'm coming to visit you guys this weekend. This weekend is the baby shower, right?" (I'm 33wks) I wanted to scream!!!! She will come over, eat, and then whine for DH to take her to BM's home(who by the way is never there. Her hobby is chasing men.) I wish you all could see how gross she left the room she stayed in when she left. I found used pads (still stuck to under) under her bed, trash piled from the wall to the front of her bed that she kept hidden behind a row of shoes, an entire dresser full of trash, molded food in shoe boxes, and much much more.....she is sooooooo disgusting!!! Then when DH asked her why the room was that way her response was, "I threw all that stuff away somebody must have put it back in the room." Yes, she's a habitual liar as well!

It has been such a peaceful and relaxing month without her. It's gonna take everything in me to even crack a smile in her direction. Idk why DH can't see through her, but I can and I most definitely do not want her at our shower. Pray for me SPs and I'll pray for you all as well. Where the hell do these kids, and BMs come from??? :?

Holy smoke girl! I am sending you prayers and strength!!!! (((HUG)))

Your SD sounds horrible. Isn't it terrible to sit by and watch children being raised in a way that you KNOW will doom them? Oh man. Your SD is doomed. Sad

I've been saying that since the day I first saw her BM (9yrs ago) come to the door with her vertical cesarean scar exposed (because she wore a belly shirt) :jawdrop: and a bright blond ponytail dangling from the side of her head.....I said to myself..."That girl is doomed"

You are in my thoughts.

I would be livid if my SD left her room like that.

She's a female teenager. That means she's moody and self-absorbed, like most of them are. Most people often don't appreciate all their parents did for them until they're well into adulthood.

I'm hoping this is the case, because although I am at peace with her absents DH is not. He loves his child, and wants nothing but the best for her, but at the same time he doesn't want SD to think he is trying to keep her from her BM so he let her make the choice to move back with her. I'm hoping one day she shows him the appreciation he deserves. I know that is all he's waiting for....just a little acknowledgement.
