My H is going to the attorney's tomorrow morning to sign the papers to officially file for custody. H has only been defending himself (along with thousands of dollars we don't have) with his crazy BM.

BM has no idea. The attorney told my H that once he could talk to the GAL and see how she was going then he would file the papers.......lol She has built our case after she filed in Sept.
