Weekly Drama...........and the deposition
After BM's weekend, SS11 came over on Tues visitation and seemed to be in a mood. DH asked only 1 question....How are you doing? And out came the flood gates. All weekend SS11 was hounded by BM about wanting to live with DH. That bioytch actually told him that if he lived with him then he would see her for 7 years and read him emails from DH and her. (he could be so lucky if that was the case)
Needless to say, DH was pissed called his attorney who then in turn called the GAL. The GAL came over for a surprise visit and spke to all the boys. She wasn't happy when she left.
DH attorney told him to hold tight because the deposition is on its way...........
The day is finally arrived!! DH attorney has been wanting to get this lying sack of crap under oath and he finally is!!
Question............is she toast?? The court hearing is in the next few months.......Her attorney hasn't even asked for one on DH.
I can't wait til this part of the drama is over....because like all psycho BM's it will never end!!

The deposition helped my DH, his ex tried to lie on the stand and his lawyer said Ms....you stated in your deposition that you called (me) a bitch around your family and then BM had to say yes, then she admitted to hateing me on the stand. My DHs lawyer was able to cathch her trying to change her story several times from the under oath deposition she had in Nov. Our court finally ended thurs. and we are waiting for the results, so I do not know what is going to happen however, at the end when the lawyers did their closing the law guardian said that if this was his decision he would give full custody to DH, my husband, so I will keep you all updated, but I think the deposition is well worth the cost. His ex said on the stand that she saw fleas on her cat and bombed her house but did not wash the cat because cats do not like water. Then she said that my SS slept in his own room then her witness who lived with her a year said that my SS never slept in his own room that he always slept with BM, little did the witness know she was hurting her friends case, the witness also said she helped bomb the house for fleas 4 times, funny since she did not have fleas???? Good Luck!!!!!
