Not.one.word about the possible emancipation event of OSS moving out of the BM's house and into his paternal Uncle's house last month. Not.one.word about a possible downward modification.
But then again I'm not surprised.
Well the topic may be skirted by him but it will NOT be by me. The topic WILL come up.
I did tell him not to tell any of his blabbermouth friend and especially one of his relatives.
I also told him to wait until next month until:
1. OSS turns 18
2. it seems that the living arrangement will stick.
I'm sure that the BM is still telling Uncle that she gets NO CS from Chef! Right now OSS FB posts are all "loving it here with Uncles"
I'm thinking the opportunity to file a downward mod would be end of October. Not that Chef would do any of the legwork/paperwork. But he's still afraid to face the BM or his own traiterous brother.

Believe me, I have printed
Believe me, I have printed EVERYTHING out and made copies. Several times she states that he is living with uncles. The photos are of OSS with Uncle's dog "waking up in the morning" and OSS posted "moved to [Uncle's town] on August 12th
I am concerned though that if the BM and Uncles get a whiff of a possible emancipation event, they will cram him into community college at LIGHT SPEED.

Yup. I'm pretty sure the BM knows CS will be cut, she will tell Uncle to immediately slam OSS into community college. Maybe that's not a bad thing. It will keep her from stalling till he's 21 and trying to get an extra 2-4 years of CS.
