Of Course The Gir Did Not Return Form 8332

thinkthrice's picture

So it's ON!

Chef had a consult with his attorney who told Chef that this should be simple and really shouldn't waste the courts time, which he agreed but the fact of the matter is that the Gir believes that contracts and laws are for other people and not her to abide by.

Chef's attorney will be contacting the Girhippos attorney to see if they can resolve this without going to court.

Doubtful due to the fact that she didn't return the forms that were twice sent to her. The MOU clearly states that she is to allow Chef to claim at least one child on his taxes. It was signed by her on January 2005.

Of course she has no intention of letting Chef claim SD while she claims YSS. She has become accustomed to claiming two children and Chef only claiming the oldest who is now aged out.

And no, you can no longer simply send the CO attached to your tax return to the IRS since they are no longer in the business of arbitrating. From all of the articles I have read recently you are absolutely hosed without the 8332

We will do order to show cause if the phone call doesnt work. In my humble opinion pigs have a better chance to fly then phoning the Girhippos attorney.

Funny thing that probably four years ago, Chef was willing to let the Girhippo continue to claim two children when OSS aged out. At the time I was like "over my dead body she will."

It's bad enough that he overpaid CS for the past almost 11 years and got sodomized completely by the divorce without continuing to completely roll over on the tax issue.

Seems he now has started to see the light. That over paying CS and always being the nice guy hasn't worked out. They just continue to spit in his face.

My ex husbands never paid CS so I claimed my two BIOS.

I still allowed them visitation and never used pas tactics. My first ex husband wanted to claim my daughter because he had EOWE visitation. I shut that down pretty quickly seeing that I was the sole support of both of my children.

This is not shocking. Where Chef screwed up is he set a presendence with her. She is used to doing what she wants.

I know with BM1 there were two kids and it plainly spelled out that Ex got the oldest and BM got the youngest. I think the key is to really pay attention to what is in the decree and then following it.

Too much. The first six months he was with me he paid his ENTIRE SALARY direct deposited to the Gir.

My salary. Even then she had him brainwashed that he owed her his entire salary for the rest of his life after she forced him to leave and live with relatives. Chef was completely immersed in guilt that he wasnt living under the same roof as his "baby dolls"

At the time of their break up, GED educated Chef was working three jobs to support the Bachelors degree educated stay-in-bed "mom" Girhippo who demanded to stop working as soon as the ring was on her finger.

@tommar Sadly you revealed your agenda. The only thing we will ever agree on is the 2nd amendment.

Btw he was paying 1200 a month up to April of this year not that its any of your business

He makes $15 an hour and the MOU says he gets to claim at least one child period.dot

The Girhippo makes more than he does and works far fewer hours.

The tax rate here is OBSCENE compared to you folks down south. Something about walking a mile in someone's moccassins. I'd LOVE to see you move up here and pay the horrific taxes on $15 an hour and massive CS and then you can talk.

Oh and any 2nd jobs that are not under the table become fodder for CS.

NYS is a different world (despite what Disney Fan says)

lol! i've got a t-shirt that says "New York - the greatest country in the world"!

when my sister moved out and got married, she and her husband paid more for their tiny 1-br apt TWENTY YRS AGO, then i pay now on a mortgage here for a 3/2. NY is obscenely expensive, and the pay rates simply do not correspond with the cost of living.
