Stepdaughter HELL
My SD14 has been driving me nuts for three years. I met her three years ago. Her parents the BM and BD wanna be "friends" NOT parents all of the time. I did see on our computer last year (when SD13) her naked body and privates (doing very private things). My BD14 did see them as well, thank god she said gross. She acts out and I get very mad, alot at my husband because HELLO, do something..I act out on everyone because I truely hate this kid. NOW, he is talking to her (she moved away last fall) and keeping these things from me. Now, mind you they only talk once every six months and most of the time she says " I dont want anything to do with you dad", but....now she wants braces now they are buddies again. When the braces come on....well......she will return to the little bizo she is ....Ugh, same with the mom...I wannna leave, get a divorce, run away... Hate these people

i feel your pain, i'm not so fond of my sd either for reasons listed above...
evaluate your relationship w/your husband and decide if it's worth it... at least she moved away and hopefully stay away... i would gladly pay for braces if sd would disappear...

I know, but... I guess my biggest thing is HE my husband does not see any of this BLIND MUCH. I am a 39 year old woman and I am so sick of pointing out the obvious. I do not even make sence when I type because I type angry.
And this talking to her crap and not telling me. (the kid or the mom)... when I speak to my ex husband he is told everything immediatly.

i do understand, i'm 39, too... dh is blind to skids f-ups and inappropriate behavior...
he also lies (he says forgets) to tell me stuff...about conversation, calls, what ever.... and it pisses me off, too ~~ guess b/c i'm a motor mouth and tell him eveyrthing.....
last night i asked dh about all the secrets (him, mil, skids, etc)? he claimed dumb and didn't know what i was talking about, but i spelled it out, so we'll see if there are any changes...
frustrated?? i would be f'n pissed!~

Wow, How glad I met you. When I found her pics on computer, lets just say she wasnt with a human in her private show but with something else (think you get it). I told her BF my hubby and he told his ExW and they thought I was lying...OMG, guess what I did. I knew they would do that so I took pics of the pics from my computer on my cell showed them to my Husband then deleted them....He told his exw Yep, I did see them. When he hung up I said FU for not listening to me and my BD14 (13 at the time) in the first place...He is a wonderful man, but....I think super stupid when it comes to these Bitc_'s.

I am the same age as you Tammy and I get so annoyed with my hubby sometimes because as you say it's like he is blind to the games. My SD12 does the same things, in that we won't see her or hear from her for months, but then when she wants lacrosse gear or money for gymnastics or a new cell phone she is calling and hubby treats her like a little princess! I think it's the whole guilty parenting thing. He knows she is using him (of course BM has taught her how to do this like a champ) but feels bad saying "no" and feels if he does then he runs the risk of seeing her even less. I told him that what he is trying to do is buy her love and it's so sad, but what else can he do?
I swear these BM's are dumber than a box of rocks but have their Master's degrees in Using People to Get What They Want... ugh!
