The 12 yr. old SD texted all day today wanting a ride. She wanted us to go the whole way across town to take her up the street in a snow storm because BM is too lazy!!! I told you guys it's always something! Everyday! I should start answering my phone "Taxi Service!" I think I should leave a message on my VM "If you're calling for a ride, you've called the wrong #. The Taxi service # is ???-???-????!! I'm so fed up. I said I'm not going anywhere. So FH runs at their every whim! He drove across town to take SD up the street!!! I said "Why can't BM take her" oh, she's tired!! I'm soooo fed up...

Oh screw that, she's too tired. You're tired too! Why can't she walk up the street?

Update*
The roads were BAD & FH told BM that she would have to go get her this morning. That it was ridiculous to expect us to go across town in this weather to take her up the street. I view it as a small victory. I just want him to see the light...sometimes. I'm going to have a good weekend. No skids! They made plans with friends.

and of course there is the small problem of the fact he has no liscense to drive so now you are letting him drive illegaly. not a good call. NO driving should be done by you or him.

Sooo tru folkmom! But for the grace of a huge argument, which is what would have happened, I just said, "I'm not going anywhere!" The constant calling for a ride is getting on his nerves since the BM has a car sitting in front of the house. That's exactly what I want to happen. Today it was something else & he just said no! I was happy! We sorta've had an argument last night about him HAVING to drive the car, without a license, because they need a ride somewhere everyday. He stated in the argument, that he'll never drive it again. Which just means there will be a big argument when they text or call again for a ride & I say no I'm not taking them & your not either. I guess I just have to stick to my guns like I've had to about other things EX: His mother staying with us the entire 1st summer we were together so she could watch the skids while we both worked!!--I bitched & bitched & finally said, she's not staying at my house anymore. You can't keep them, unless you watch them!!! It was all too much. This past summer was mother free!! And we only had the skids a few weekends. It took alot but it finally sunk in his head that my house was just not big enough for everyone!! Some victories at a time...

Yep I know what you mean...my BF daughter's mom (on the rare occasion that her daughter visits her)never comes to pick her up or drop her back off. She says she's sick, too tired, doesn't have gas money....blah blah blah. My BF runs to the cause everytime too. Most of the time when his daughter goes there...she is calling an hour later and wants to come home because she's bored. I told my BF that it is not even worth the effort to drive over there for that. Ridiculous
