Letter to BM about taxes

Don't worry, I'm not sending this ...

BM-
Sorry if you misunderstood, but no one gave you permission to claim the kids last year or any of them this year on your taxes. You would think the letter you got from the IRS last fall telling you to amend your last year's return would have been a clue that you can't claim them.

It's really no big deal to us, we'll just file a paper return and get everything we're owed for all three dependents and probably in about three weeks instead of two. Considering you haven't paid a dime in child support in the three and half years we've had custody, I can't believe you would steal this from your children. What on earth made you think you could get away with this? You must be completely fucking stupid. Have fun paying the penalties and interest for your fucking stupidity you clueless moron.

I can't wait until the judge hears about this in court. How you don't have custody, you don't pay a goddamn dime but think your somehow entitled to claim any of the kids on your taxes. The lawyer asked us why the kids shouldn't live with you and probably the most accurate response I could give was because you're morally inept. You're idea of what's right and wrong is broken. You think it's okay to commit foodstamp fraud collect $500 a month in foodstamps for kids that don't live with you. I've reported that BTW. I hope that bites you in the ass and you have to pay it all back.

You're an ex-drug addict and I think all the crystal meth you smoked seriously made you the dumbest person I know. Thank god your kids have a better idea of right and wrong than you do thanks to their dad and I. People as stupid as you should be born sterile - you dumb loser hooker.

wow, does it really all apply to your BM? The taxes, the fraud, the drugs, the no CS, the mental retardation?

What she doesn't understand is that, this is truly no big deal to us. Last year, I was worried that our refund would be delayed, but nope I filed a paper return and the refund was direct deposited in a couple of weeks. I'm sure she thinks that because she filed first and they gave her the money, she's off the hook, but it doesn't work that way. I'm a tax preparer during tax season. I'm not an idiot. The IRS will get their money back from her with penalties and interest and it's my guess with the latest stunt she probably owes in the neighborhood of $10,000 to them. What a moron. What really bugs me about this is when the judge does order her to pay child support and back child support, she'll quit her job and we won't be able to garnish her wages so the only way we'll ever get any money out of her is through her tax refund, but if she's busy paying back the IRS with that it'll be years before we ever see anything. grrr.
