CS Abatement!!

Well the judge approved the CS abatement over BM's lawyers objection....and then the judge granted her lawyers motion to withdrawl. So now she has not lawyer and we dont have to pay her CS. Luckily we took the chance he would rule this way and did not send in the april payment. He did make it effective April 1st. Finally it feels like the tide is turning in my DH direction. Smile

I am really not sure quite honestly! But she has never had her own place always lived with her parents or her boyfriends. She has over 40,000 dollars in unpaid debt and no job. I honestly think she will have a hell of a time finding a place. And she still has not left her abusive boyfriend. So I dont think she takes any of it seriously. And the case worker that explained the saftey plan to DH said that the worker that wrote it up wrote it that way to ensure she can "maintain" a household for her and SS.
