It's actually happening. A lawyer is working on getting my DH custody of DSS. It's...it's mindblowing. He's always been worried about the way BM was raising him but he was scared that if he took her to court they'd think neither of them were very good and take him away completely. It's sad it took the loser she married getting him removed from the home by CPS to make him stand up for himself and his son but I'm glad it happened!
