No word if SD19 is actually pregnant or not..

And I'm certainly not stirring the pot. 

SD19 called and spoke to DH Christmas day. We were out of state and I was glad as I personally didn't want to deal with her...

She began this whiny conversation with DH "All I want is to do spend a day with youuuuuuu.."

Good grief...

And to my surprise, DH lit into her. Not crazily, but come on..grow up. 

She was fishing for attention and it bit her in the butt.

But in other news, our rental is D O N E..renters arrive Sunday. And the place looks amazing. We busted our ass but we got it done. They leave in April and we'll tackle new floors and the master bathroom.

So glad its done.

We are in the process of rehabbing an ollllld duplex.  Not quite a gut rehab but close.  Have you seen Kevin Paffrath on youtube (he's sooooo cute; I feel like a dirty old lady!)?  And also biggerpockets.

Good job on the reno, glad it's all done.

As for SD if she's pregnant she can't hide it forever, maybe that was the whole reason for the 'DADDEEE I want to seeeeee youuuuuu!"

Ohhh... Good call. Maybe she wants to surprise him with a belly and he didn't play her game.
