SS comes tonight...

Tonight will be meatloaf for dinner and "Death by Chocolate" ice cream for dessert.

Tomorrow will be Tuna Noodle Casserole for dinner and more "Death by Chocolate" ice cream for dessert.

Two of SS's favorite meals. Not. Hahahaa.

I know, I'm cruel. F' it. If I'm going to be labeled the "Evil Step-mom" then I might as well live up to it in some ways.

I commented to H last night that I'm certain Kohl's still has my soap dispenser so that the broken one can be replaced. He asked how much it costs, to which I responded with, "I'm not sure." I hope he realizes that WE are not paying to replace the soap dispenser, SS is to pay to replace the soap dispenser.

I hold my H directly responsible for making sure SS not only replaces my soap dispenser, but also that it is replaced in a timely manner (THIS visit).

And just imagine if we all lived close enough to one another that we could do a StepTalk get-together? That would be so cool. It sure would be nice to have some friends that really understand what my life is like.

Now I reallllllly want meatloaf....and chocolate....but not together....

I should not read about or look at pictures of food while on this prednisone....

The other day SS2 ruined my $170 hair straightener by throwing it the sink, dousing it in water and turning the tap on. I keep hinting that BF should replace it but I doubt it will happen. He doesn't understand how important it is to me, but of course, I'm just vain lol.

The ice cream makes the meals worth it. We usually bribe the SKids to eat (constantly a battle because their BM raised tem on hot dogs and McDonald's) with juice (SS2) or pop (SS9) because they're only allowed a glass of it after meals. Bribing them with dessert never worked lol.
