Can't wait to see how much detention he gets next year....

BS14 is SO lazy, it's unbelievable. Here was supposed to be in school 5 minutes ago but he'll be late today. He has to do a presentation in his math research class, he's known about it since last September. He had to do the same thing last year, and if I remember correctly he screwed that up too. So, here DD and I sit and wait for him to do his flash cards, he has this class second period, not really sure when that starts but I'm sure he'll be late----again. You would think, if he knew he had to do this presentation he would have been organized and gotten everything ready last night, but NO, he HAD to watch the Ranger game, he's not even a Ranger fan, WTF? He is so lax in all school work yet if he gets a bad report card or he gets 100 on a test he cries and cries, he has to get those extra bonus points to bring it above the hundred. If this is the way he is in grades why is so so lax in everything else dealing with school? It's so frustrating, I just don't get it.

He's far from being ready, he's still working on his flash cards that btw, he "couldn't find" most likely because he didnt have done, because he said he didn't have any flash cards, but then in the same breath he did have flash cards he just cant find them. Kid, if you're gonna lie, don't stumble upon them, if you need a lesson in how to be a good liar, ask your father, he's a pro, a real gem.

Now he's 10 minutes late, still hasn't brushed his hair, or his teeth, no socks, no shoes, lunch not put away, and here I sit with DD waiting to go so she isn't late also.

Just told DS tonight he will be going to bed early, he's grounded. His obvious response, I didn't do anything wrong, it's probably your fault I couldn't find my cards. I said, yup DS, you're right, in the middle of the night, I sneaked in your room, took your cards outta your back pack, ripped them up into tiny pieces, threw them in the air and shouted, LETS HAVE A PARTY!! DD, looked at me and cracked up laughing.

20 minutes now, wow, this kid is on a roll, nothing like that stressful morning to start my day. Oh, I hear the prince moving, maybe we'll finally be able to get this show on the road......

FML!!!
