back from vacation, back to bs
so, i got back sat. night and what was in the mailbox? an affadavit, of course! bb didn't meet dh for father's day, which is HIS court-ordered day, nor did she bring sd for the three-week vacation...and she has the audacity to say dh has been forfeiting his weekends and that ALL she wants is for him to be CONSISTENT...so what does she close that with? asking the judge to cancel his visitations or have them supervised!! how the hell does that make sense??? so she texted me and dh the other night to call her if we weren't busy, yeah right bitch, get over yourself! sorry. 
she also put on the affadavit that i told her dh would not go to counseling and did not want to talk to her again ever, and that if she wanted to talk about sd, talk to me. she obviously just wants to talk to dh. why??? she is crazy. why would someone want confrontation around ever corner? why would she call herself out by taking us back to court? the only reason her ass hasn't been back by us is because dh started a job with the post office and his route is mondays, which are also the court days. but thankfully our court date is like three weeks off so hopefully he can get his shift covered. when will it ever stop? i mean, she didn't want her daughter to come with me to the beach, and we had an AWESOME time, and she keeps sd from dh on every ocassion, yet she won't give up. we try to just let things go and she still pulls this stupid shit. dh doesn't even care anymore. he is just so fed up. and i don't blame him. he never gets to talk to sd and when he does, bb does everything she can to place the blame on dh. it's a lose-lose situation. and who is losing? sd.
it's disgusting and bb should be ashamed of herself. but i don't even want to talk to her. she's not worth it. it's funny but i have been finding comfort in the fact that she will come back in her next life as sea lice. lol.

I can relate, but my situation isn't at all like that. My DH had back surgery two weeks ago. We gave up this past weekend with SS because he was in too much pain for SS4 to enjoy the visit. All DH does still is lay in bed, watch TV, and do his exercises. I think he needs to do more, but ... SIGH!!! Anyway, we tlaked to BB on Thursday about make up time and she said she needed to "check (her) calendar." Then on Saturday she says "I need to check with BF." Whatever on that one. Sunday we called 3xs to try and get her to give us the make up time, she never answered and never returned his phone calls. Worse, she didn't help SS call his daddy on Father's Day to wish him happy Father's Day. The kid is 4 for God sake ... it isn't like he can pick up the phone and call or even think for himself that he better call daddy. We are tired of her crap and are ready to head back to court.
Sea Lice, eh!? Interesting thought.

DH was suppose to have ss for Father's Day and again didnt get to see him..no surprise there, as bm has kept ss from DH for over year and a half now. Bm did decide that she has to work some this summer and she sent ss to be with her parents 3 states away..she didnt even ask DH if he wanted ss, and when DH found out he told her that he should get the first opprotuntity to see ss, not her parents who have seen ss for the past two years...obviously bm does not agree..so far she has been avoiding being served with DH petition to courts for modification, sheriff dept. told us they have been to her home and work a total of 8 times now and havent served her yet...We are getting really frustrated here as we are sooooooo ready to get back into the court room agiants her!!!!
Service by Mail.
Petition the court for process service by mail. Court rules allow for it when all other means have failed. You get the Order, and then send one copy regular mail, one copy certified mail, return receipt requested ... on the regular mail one you could do delivery confirmation ... no signature but prooves it got to her house. Anyway, service is technically considered effective either upon receipt of the certified card, or 3-days after mailing if she doesn't sign. There is also service by publication
