OT thoughts, vibes, prayers needed.

My mother ( aka a total bad ass if anyone remembers that blog) was found by my sister at home not very responsive today.

My sister called ambulance and my mother has a hemorrhage in her brain. She's currently in a medically induced coma with no word of how this will pan out.

I feel like I left my family to move so far for my husband and his kids. Now I feel like a complete traitor leaving my sister alone to deal with this. 

My mother is fairly young- early 60s and a cancer survivor.It seems silly to ask for but please send whatever positive hope this way. I'm flying Friday to be with my sister and my mom. I may lose my job but some things are way too important.

I'm so sorry. I'm glad you are going. Keep us posted please. 

Our family has had tons of experience with hermorrhages and they can do a lot now. I'll be thinking of her.

That's honestly extremely comforting right now to hear. She's currently all tubed up and I have a 24/7 number to check in with a nurse to see how it's going. Mom is apparently fighting the tubes but pupils are working.

This is my biggest fear. I too moved far away to be with my ungrateful husband and his stupid savage children.

 

I hope and pray that your mother will be alright and safe.

I will pray for you mom. You aren't a traitor and you didn't abandon anyone. This is just a tough spot, but you can't take any blame. There is no blame in a situation like this.
