So my school semester started this past week. I'm in a Saturday morning class. It was the only thing I could do, I NEED this class and the only other offered time is while I'm at work. SD7 is supposed to be picked up at 11am on saturdays, this is an arbitrary time GBM and BM chose, it is not in the CO. I can't bring FDH to get her now as I will be in class a good 45minutes away from 9am to 11:40. I drive FDH because he has no license, FDH failed his eye exam when he went to renew his license. Hopefully new glasses will fix this but until he can get all that done, we're stuck.

Originally this wasn't going to be an issue this week because BM was taking Sd7 to her grandfathers funeral (who died on the 18th) But, they haven't TOLD SD7 he's passed. And now they don't want to, they want to wait until next week. So GBM calls and lets FDH know he can come get SD. He says he needs to get her at 8am or 1pm, or they need to bring her here (it's literally 3miles and only two turns). WELL, SD is asleep at 8am, and 1pm is unacceptable, and it's not HER RESPONSIBILITY to drive SD to his visits. Which, yes, it's not in the CO that she has to drive Sd to him, so she is correct, but there isn't a set time either. GBM is all huffy and pissy that FDH is "always changing the time on her last minute." Like it's HIS fault they changed their mind and he wasn't prepared for it.

Well, we would have had a ride lined up if YOU hadn't insisted she was going to a funeral. So now we have 24hours to find someone to bring FDH to pick up SD or it will be considered him forfeiting his time rather than her with-holding over a time change.
