My boyfriend's attorney was so nasty yesterday that I was on the verge of tears. He told me, "your case is no different than the other 25 cases on my desk!" Since I am new to this site, I sat at my computer and read for hours all the turmoil a lot of you suffer from as well. Yes...I agree my case is NOT special, but that doesn't give him the right to minimize the havoc my ex's cuckoo bird is causing. I'm just saying!! If all goes well...boyfriend's divorce should be finalized in January or I would love nothing better to fire his POMPOUS ASS!!!

So, my 2nd part of my question is. We have decided that for now we will continue to turn the ringer off during dinner and homework and have boyfriend's son call his BM right before bedtime. Is keeping phone records of her 15-25 a day phone harrasment calls and saving threating voice messages. Most messages do not claim she'll inflict bodily harm. Mostly demanding to speak to her son and the occasional "tramp" and "homewrecker" are thrown in for good measure. Keeping fingers crossed that judge will grant specific times for BM to call in divorce decree.

Yea, yea, yea.. what's your question already, lady? I live in PA and the BM lives in NJ. If I file a complaint with my local police department in PA is there anything they can do since she resides in NJ? I know this may seem like a silly question. Or example...her harrassment and threats are criminal and normally I would file a complaint with the DA's office but again since she's in NJ is that evern possible???
