Dh and I are fighting

So after getting some good advice from you ladies I went to the school and talked to the principal. She didn't seem receptive to me and my concerns. She mentioned that she had read the book and approved it to be in the library and she is comfortable with her decision. I have an appointment to meet with the superintendent later today. Dh is ticked off at me and telling me that I am going to ruin his relationship with his dd. I told him at this point I don't care. If he was so worried he needs to put his foot down and demand that the school not put this book in the library. He can't stop her from writing but he can stop her from getting it in the library. Bm is also trying to get it in the public library and they refuse to pull it because its a donated book and they dont want to censor. Im considering going to the news and asking them to do a story on the library condoning bullying. I'm not going to allow this little twit and her mother to continue bullying my son like this.

If they do not go to the same school, I think I would let this drop. I know it's annoying to you and ridiculous that BM and DH seem to be AOK with this horrible behavior by SD, but it's not like BS attends the same school and has to see this book and as far as the public library, I really wouldn't bother with that. I highly doubt the book will ever even get signed out. There are hundreds of thousands of books for people to read by well known, respected authors. I can't imagine that anyone could be bothered to sign out a "book" written by a 15 year old. How many pages does the stupid thing even have?

It has 200 some pages in it. I don't know the exact number but I really hate that she is getting away with this.
