hell he could go buy a prostitute for the night for all i care-he aint getting it from me

mom and i are torn between "file after he buys a laptop, or wait til school is out for dd"

That's what we (mom and I) are debating. with tax on the house being past due i dont' think they'll wait til may 17 to make us leave. guess i could call them and find out when they would evict us?? dunno, never been through this-with real property to fuss over-though he can keep it, i don't want it (and i'm not paying it unless court ordered)

wait till he gets the laptop then file, have the value of it's yours once he buys it while your still married. Marital property fun and games all around!

the main reason i HAVEN'T filed yet is because i can't stay out where we live by myself and keep dd in that school district, with it being less than 10 weeks til school is out--that's ALL i'm waiting for.

i don't really care if he buys a laptop, whether i move or not IS NOT based on how he spends his money. i've already made up my mind.

that is the thought, but it is 15+ miles further out. IF i have to leave before then, i have that all set up. i have a few more days with my mom. i might just do that. as long as my friend can assist like she's promised she could

Unless your daughter causes problems in school, they won't force her to transfere this late in the year. As long as you're willing to provide transportation, school should be a nonissue.
