mutual agreement to change summer schedule

me and my ex had sat down and ironed out an exact date schedule for summer schedule of my daughter. After I typed it up and ex signed the agreement, ex stated that he was going to exceeds his weekend right according to the court order as well as going by this mutual agreement. Taking away the weekend of my son's birthday (which was one of the dates we had discussed during the meeting)
So my question, since I have a signed agreement stating that we mutually agreed to modify the order according to this exact schedule, can she still go back and get her summer weekends according to the order??
In my state we can file
In my state we can file amendments that are signed by both of us. We've done it without lawyers and they just add it as another "attachment" to the file. If you can do that, then it might be official.
What does your divorce decree say? Is there a clause in it about allowing changes if both agree to it in writing?
