I actually find this kind of funny. BM is currently going through the process of divorcing her SO. Well SD15 asked BM if she would ever get back together with my DH. BM told SD15 that it isn't an option b/c I am in the picture and that BM actually doesn't find my DH attractive anymore. Ok here comes the funny part.....I seen a picture of the guy BM is currently dating (even though less than a month ago BM stated she doesn't need a man). The guy BM is dating could pass as my DHs twin.

So I dragged my tired cranky butt to the mailbox today, up the hill and through the rain *heh*, thinking about all the tedious things that must be done today, when I open the mailbox and find a strange envelope. It's addressed to Mr. and Mrs. Snarky, written in a child's handwriting, from SD's elementary school. Already forgetting my woes, I open the letter to find this:

BM has already attempted to screw up for this month for pick ups. However we don't fuss with her any more - we drive down get a receipt when we get there and one when we leave. Then we fax it to the lawyer as ammo in the next court case.

She has already filed child support court twice - one for medical - it was dismissed and again for income - it will probably be dismissed as well. We just left court Sept 09 for the same things.

Well to start off just so you have some insight as to what challenges we started off with. My boyfriend/fiance whom I have lived with for the past 3 years now has 2 step kids, 14yr girl and a 17yr old boy, an ex wife which he divorced 4 yrs ago and was married nearly 15yrs to. The ex had been an alcoholic and a prescription pill popper for the last 8 years of their marriage, progressing every day till their last day together. The last episode was right before Thanksgiving and Xmas. She was highly intoxicated and on some pills.

How many of you defer to your husband's choices when making decisions in the house. How many of you consider your husband the head of household and the leader?

My DH and I have been together for a couple years now, and he still cant seem to stand up to his ex-wife. He lets her walk all over him and does nothing about it. Even after she has yelled and screamed at me for no reason, the fact that she constantly cancels her visitations with my SS14 whom we have custody of. And treats my DH like total crap constantly, She is the evilest meanest woman I have ever met in my entire life, she is rude to not only my DH but to everyone in our household. But yet when she wants or needs something, she still calls my DH for help.

After being with my husband for 7 years...his ex-wife still blames me for the break up of their marriage.

He takes responsibility for his part of the demise of their marriage, but she won't.

If you read my last blog you would have seen how many problems we are having with our kids.. We just received a letter from his daughter telling us how she is still hurt and angry... mind you this letter is to my husband and not to the two of us... She also put in this letter how she feels she must keep his grandson away from him for protection.. This is so sickening, I have been with my husband for 8 years and these two kids of his blame me for not having a relationship with their dad.. I have never stopped them.. I am not that kind of person.. they themselves have created the problems..

This is my first time posting and I am glad there is a place like this for us.
I am 28 and hubby is 35. We got custody of his 14 year old daughter a year and a half ago. She's over all an ok kid and her and I get along good. She has her moments (like every teenager) but it's nothing a good talk won't fix.

Every year Juicey and I go to the same place for our anniversary. Well it's coming up, 38 days until we leave for our trip! YAY! I love it, it's what I look forward to all year long.
