Where to file Contempt Charge?

This is for the state of MD, FH's custody orders are in one county, BM moved to a new county about a year ago. Do we file with the county that the original order was placed in? She did not notify the court of her address change, but I think that a contempt charge should be filed in the county that ordered the original custody arrangement. BM spewed a nasty email that she says it will be thrown out because the court no longer has jurisdiction as FH nor BM live there. I thought you had to file a motion for change of venue or else it stays where custody was originally ordered. Any thoughts? Thanks!

That is what I thought, but wanted to make sure. Have a great weekend.

Unless she has requested a modification from the original court and domesticated it in the county where she is now, any pleadings would be filed with the original court.
