ill try and keep this short and sweet,
bascially my step daughter are living with my husband (there bio father) and myself they have been living with us full time now for nearly 3 years (next april will be 3)
i know this may sound very biased but the Bio mother is a compulsaive lier and it has been almost proven that she is putting her needs above theneeds of her two children, she is pregnant with3rd baby and as soon as baby is born she will have to go into a mother and baby unit for assesments (to see if she can cope with baby) me and my husband have emotinally physically and financially provided for these children, i will say that i have a daughter from a previous relationship who lives with us full time ad ihave all rights and say over her life bio father has nonething dodo with her and me and my now husband have an 18 month old child as well (there step and half sister)

So my question now is (and i hope i have given everyone enough information
do you honestly think a court would judge my husband full parental responsibility and rights???

Plesae help as we need some ideas and clues.
