How do I follow blog posts or forum topics I've commented on?

Often I'll comment on a forum post or blog post and then I can never find it again. Is there an easy way of following posts that I've commented on or have an interest in?

Click on "Bookmark this", located at the bottom of each post. You can access your bookmarks by clicking on the bookmark tab located on the left side of the home page.

Yes, like everyone above said. The best way at this time is to bookmark posts that you want to follow.
