Hi everyone

I'm very new here, but already so grateful of the input, advice and support.  Thank you.

Is there a list of the acronyms anywhere?

Someone may be able to point you to a list somewhere.

BM = Biological mother

BD= Biological Dad

DH = Dear Husband

DW = Dear Wife

SS & SD = Stepson and Stepdaughter

DS and DD = Dear son and Dear daughter.. usually bio of the poster

SAHM = Stay at home mom

GUBM= golden uterus bio mom

MOTY = Mother of the year (used sarcastically)

Disengagement= usually a go to by stepparents to ignore what can't be fixed.

SM & SD = Stepmother & Stepfather

I'm sure I'm missing lots.

But I think I'll just read the rants for now (which I appreciate and relate to) and wait until I feel my lid loosening to tell it in all its glorious entirety.
