Biggrin My SD is back home with BM. Sweet Jesus I'm sorry but I can't stand the 7 year old. I had to send my BS away to his grandparents for her visit because she chose to tease him on a daily basis about his sister who recently passed away in an auto accident. I'm sorry but this is a nasty nasty little girl! I'm jumping for joy she's gone....wooo hoo!!!!!! What I'm really loving is the fact that BM thought she would be able to attach her child support onto my earnings since Husband recently got laid off, she kept asking for more asking for more so she went and opened a case and now she will receive a quarter of what she was getting and was told my income has nothing to do with his child support obligation. ha ha ha ha stupid biotch get a job!!!

I'm so sorry for your loss. You and your BS are in my thoughts and prayers.

Kids can be so mean. I'm sure her BM also was/is encouraging her to do that, and has made some mean remarks about it herself within SD's earshot.

I want to warn SMs out there that the various localities are trying desperately to include SM's income in CS calcs while NOT including the CP BM's new husband's income. Massachussets is one state that revamped their CS to include SM's income.3

It's a growing trend!

And I would be glad that kid is out of the house with her PAS evil spewing out of her as the BM's mouthpiece!!

I used to do mental handsprings when I saw the backs of the skid's heads going up the driveway, down the road and getting ever smaller and smaller as GG whisked them back to the Behemoth's house!

In a way a lot of our income is "included" in the CS calcs. That's because a lot of us are supporting biodad as so much CS is taken out that he would never be able to self support.
