OT - I'm addicted
to this site! I just finished a 6 month long job and am now home, waiting for the next project. It's amazing how cathartic it is to read everyone's blogs - whether I can commiserate or just say a prayer for someone or just laugh! Even when it's quiet (or as quiet as can be here) I'm online all the time! Does anyone else surf here all day on and off?? Please tell me I'm not cray-zeeeeee!

You are NOT crazy...... My man commented last night how calm I am when we discuss BM and SS. He knows I visit this sight and that I use alot of the advice I read( usually given to someone else with a similar issue). Step talk keeps my sanity intact. I surf here on and off as I live out side the USA alot of posts are done when I am in bed

No stick your not crazy at all. I often come on here on and off all day too. My husband likes to tease me about how he "thinks" I am on here bragging about meeting a new man (which I don't have). He just likes to be a brat with me. I do however have to figure out a better game plan for summer though since I usually only come on here when the kids are at school or in bed. It's not that I feel like I have anything to hide I just rather have something (this website) where BM (or her friends) can't check up on me and then complain about what I say to anyone who will listen including the kids!
Oh yes, it's addictive.
You almost even find yourself hoping everyone is nice to you! Then when you find out you are being slammed it may make you go home and cry (afterall, we are in this SP thing together right)!

OH thank God it's not just me! I check this board so often that when I can tear myself away from it I find myself saying thank you to DH for letting me ignore him for a minute or two. I should at least cut down when he is at home! LOL

totally addictive
I'm lucky i'm my own boss bc i'd get fired for being logged onto this site all day. I just can't help myself! The stories and advice just FASCINATE me. Also, NO OFFENSE to those with tough situations but it helps to give me a reality check. If I'm about to bitch about something I think is huge, I'll read someone else's blog and realize they have it tougher than I do and it really helps put things into perspective for me a lot. Plus I like reading the different viewpoints from people...it's really great

while I'm at work...my job has very limited social interaction with anyone..so this is a great way to stay in touch and be entertained thru my long, boring work day...and the advice I get is great!

yeah...I am a SAHM & student (online courses) so I pretty much have the site open all day, except when schoolwork is really crazy. I try hard to not get on alot once my DH gets home though.
