BM told SDs she hopes I die soon..

Just when I thought I'd heard it all. My DH is the primary custodian. BM has EOW visitation and during her last visitation she was watching Hannah Montanna with SD10 & SD6. SD6 asked "what happened to Hannah Montanna's mom?" and SD10 says "she died." Then...BM says "I hope your f#cking stepmother dies soon. Maybe I can make it happen. You know the devil is going to take her and your dad."

Also found out that SD6 has been telling BM that I hit her and scratched her etc... I don't discipline. My DH doesn't even spank. We are timeout only (and no TV etc...) SD6 is so warped that she'll say anything to please her mom and make her happy even if it's a lie. Now I've got to worry that CPS will come into my home based on lies. Plus I'm scared of this crazy bitch. She used to physically attack my DH when they were married.

Is it enough for me to get a restraining order or no? What can I do?

Personally I got a FOID card just for the occassion that she will crack permanantly. We have documented everything for many years and it worked for us.
every threat was reported to police- we even had her arrested at one time.
Crazy isn't it? I have had the same comments made for me.

She sounds like my husband's ex, who we refer to as The Source of All Evil.......2 days after my son's funeral (he died 9/17/05 at the age of 21, still cannot deal with it), and left a voicemail that I deserved what I got with Josh dying. Their youngest who is 15 now, came to live with us 2 years ago and she cannot stand it. Hang in there.

Nobody deserves to lose a child. No matter the circumstances. Bless your heart and I am so sorry for your loss.

That woman is cruel. I am glad you skid is living with you now and not with that witch. I am so sorry about your son.

That is horrible. I'm so sorry for your loss. That is something no parent ever gets over but to have someone say that to you is SO WRONG! It does sound like the BM I have to deal with. How could someone be so cruel??
