I really need to start posting my vents as blogs so that I can delete when necessary.

SDs haven't talked to us almost all year. They visited briefly at Christmas (I'm talking like... 45 minutes) to pick up their gifts. YSS recently had a birthday. Because of how they've behaved, we didn't buy her anything more than a card. When DH text her, she responded back that she wants to see him soon.

Lovely. The only reason she wants to see him is for gifts. I know this. We've been around this block more times than I can count now. Of course... he's grinning from ear-to-ear thinking that she's "coming around". Gag.
