Hi Ladies, what are you doing to take care of yourself and to survive Steplife?
I've been a tad more stressed lately (will update later) so I am working on prioritizing my inner peace. I'm saying no more often and making the time for my exercise even if it creates an inconvenience for DH and DD. As far as skids and situations, I am being tactfully direct. My BS filter is saturated, so it's overflowing here.

I have an AWESOME masseuse. Massages keep my sane! My skids aren't bad compared to many here, but I carry all stress (not just skids....work etc) in my back/neck
