Crappity crap crap...crap crap!
Oh, where to start. I don't often post,as I fear BM trolling about looking for ammunition to make our lives diffiicult. But one could convincingly argue that we do 't require any assistance to make our situation totally craptastic.
FDH was laid off. Craptastic. Filed for support modification. Craptastic, but effective. No more CS. On the other hand, she decided that she'd just withhold younger skid instead. FDH has massive explosion. Now I'm spending massive quantities of my time researching court filing requirements etc. so FDH can nail her azz to the wall for withholding, And what is my reward for my selfless efforts, they ask curiously? I get another six days a month with their surly, delightful selves. So now I'm down to six days a month without kids, even though I've never given birth.
I knew that my FDH was a package deal, but hell. This sucks ass. Teenagers stink.

When she decided to start
When she decided to start withholding younger skid, FDH went on the offensive. He filed for contempt, he filed for 50/50 parenting time (as opposed to actual custody, which requires a change in circumstance), and he filed for her to pay him child support. Much of this is still in the air with the courts, but per the court we now get skids on such a schedule that I now have only 6 days a month where my house is free of surly teenagers. And younger skid is just becoming a bigger and bigger pain in the posterior. Hence, the crappity crap crap.
How can she keep the child
How can she keep the child from seeing his father???!!! Oh my god. That has nothing to do with CS. you don't see your children based on CS.
