I have to back up to the beginning of summer- dh has the boys from July 1st to the 15th and bm has them from the 15th to 30th, then dh ahs them from aug 1st to the 15th. It states that the regular eow will be suspended during these times. No where does it say that bm gets them from aug 15th to the 31st! I reread it to make sure. Plus it says that dh's CS will go down to half while he has them but bm has to contact CS and let them know and sign a paper.

Ok so dh as supposed to have the boys not this past weekend but the weekend before. Bm BSed dh into thinking that she has them from the 15th to the 31st for her 2 weeks and told him that she gets 2 2weeks sessions just like he does. I told dh that is not true and to look at his papers. he did just that I was right. Dh let her get away with it as we had a very busy weekend anyway. ok fine whatever.

Fast forward to yesterday I realize that bm has the boys for labor day weekend which meant that dh would not be getting them this weekend like he thought. So I reminded him of that and he had already made plans with his mom if we had the boys.

Now he called her on that and tried to argue that it is supposed to be that way and of course sh is wrong. HOWEVER he can have them this weekend and they will call it good. Umm ok doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out she did that on purpose to not have them on this long weekend and that she knows she was wrong but not admitting it.

So now she has the nerve to ask for money for medical bills so dh asked her if she has talked to CS about his CS going down to half. She said no but they are so messed up that they can't do anything. So dh told her ok well then save them and us time and just apply what my half of cs that I should be getting back to the medical and I will be caught up. OH Hell no she said!! So dh said he will call CS himself first! YAY dh. I told him not to give her any money til they get that sorted out. I'm so tired of her thinking she can get away with this crap!

I told him to tell her that in order for him to pay her she has to get the CS cut in half so he can give her the money. Which is the only way he can afford to give her the money. }:)
