Chucky

Stole SF credit card out his wallet and purchased gaming credits with it. When asked why he would do this his response is that they wouldn't have allowed him to buy them so he took what he needed on his own.

Wow ....that kid needs some serious consequences !!! I'd have the police come and take a report to scare the kid.

Polly stole once. She liked the gem on a chocolate bear. I found it when I got home. I took her back to the shops, told her they arrest children who steal. I called the store manager and made her tell him what she did. I then made her pay for the item from her tooth fairy money and made her give the chocolate to a the store manager as an apology. That is my view on stealing, there is a price to pay.

That child cried all the way to the shops, alll the way home and stayed in her room in fear of the police coming. She's never done it again.

Chucks learnt nothing and is not sorry. My instinct is to now hide my cards and purse when he comes over. Oddly they took his computer away for 1 month for watching a YouTube video with swearing but stealing got 2 days. I can't wrap my mind around it.

My husband was warned this would happen by a child psychiatrist. Every one poo poo'd her and said she had no clue what she was talking about. He's autistic and never lies. He would never steal. She said he's not autistic and it would happen. 1 year later and here we are, he lies and steal with no remorse what so ever.

I remember when my 2 SK's did that to their mom's boyfriend.

BM called DH screaming that "he" needed to instill some discipline in them.... while they were at her house.

Honestly, I don't think they got into any trouble.

He's starting young. SS15, I guess 14 at the time charged his mom's credit card 6,000 $ that summer on Xbox live crud. Fun times! No punishment of course really happened.

Holy crap, mine is 9 going on 10 and if he did that he would have nothing but a bed and his clothes and would go to school and then would be volunteering at a homeless shelter... that would be after a call to the police. WTF is wrong with people, do you want your kid to grow up to be a freaking criminal???

I am sorry that there is not much that you & hubby can do to fix this.
