And so..it continues

DH texts BM to ask her why we haven't received his child support back in the last 2 weeks...and get this she texts him and says, "I have no children nor do I owe anyone child support."

Are you kidding me? Now you are saying that you don't have kids...you just gave this poor girl up 3 weeks ago, and already, you aren't claiming her?

I personally think she is completely losing her mind.....sooooooo we have SD12 full time (hasn't seen/spoke to her mother in 26 days) and BM is still receiving child support for full custody and there is nothing we can do until they give us a court hearing which we still don't have a date for...........sometimes I wish somebody would do something about the way our court systems operate.

Yes. They will return all of our CS through the beginning of March and set her up that she owed us CS from that date. It's just waiting to actually have the hearing it could be months of BCSE still taking the money from us when we have SD full time and it's very frustrating.

Nice.......like this won't traumatize SD for, let's say, EVER! What is wrong with these parents? They sure enjoy making them, but when they actually become WORK (more than just a check!) they don't want them!

BM bailed on DH and the kids (ages 5 and 7 at the time) to do her own thing. According to DH and all of his family, she couldn't wait to get knocked up. Cried every month when she had her period because she was just desperate to be a mother. Finally got pregnant, whipped out two in a row, and then realized it wasn't as much fun as she thought it would be. So, now we have two completely screwed up beyond repair adult kids in this world.

There are so many people out there in stable relationships who would love to have a child and can't. And, there are people like me, who had a wonderful, NORMAL, family and then my spouse died. I'd be the first to vote for "parenting licenses" before children--wont' ever happen but it's a great thought!
