Tonight was incredible. My family was like a well oiled machine. I worked today and then had class afterwards. Sd's 9 & 5 stayed home with sd15 who typically is not relied on because she is mean to her sisters, half assess everything and makes more work for me. Not so tonight. I picked up ss3 from daycare at bedtime and took him home. I walk in. The house is clean and sparkly. Everyones stuff is put away for the most part! Dishes are done (no way, our families biggest point of argument is dishes) dogs have been cared for. Younger girls are in bed with jammies reading stories, their clothes are picked out for school and homework is completed. They ate a healthy delicious dinner that ALL of them helped prepare and had brushed their teeth. Reports of sd15 being nice to them, and ss3 informs me he loves reading! I tell fdh all of these miraculous things and he congratulates me and says hes proud of how i've raised his kids.

Am i dead??? Did someone take out a big life insurance policy and then spike my lemonade? Usually my skids are good for me, but not THIS good.

I shall enjoy this moment while it lasts
