I am friends with GBM on social media. Started because I was an idiot in the past and thought I could get along with ET and her brood. I stay because it has been a window into crazy amd provided some warning when things are about to go down.

Rarely do I pay attention to her posts, but today was comical. She responded to some generic post about whether her kids were better off than her. Not only did she respond that they were (maybe her son, I fail to see how ET is anything but her clone), but also that ET's hard work and dedication is why the SKs are better than ET. Real pat-yourself-on-the-back comment.

Ah yes, GBM. ET has really done a lot to help her kids succeed, like financially supporting them. No, wait, doesn't do that.

Maybe it's by supporting their mental health? Oh, no, her actions were actually a catalyst for YSK's suicide attempts/plans.

Oh, maybe it's because she sets aside time for them! Hmmm, wait, this past weekend was her weekend with YSK and she didn't bother to even ask to see them. We're now 2 months without her spending ANY time with them.

Oh, it must be because she carries them on health insurance! Or pays for their school! Or helps with homework! Or or or...!

I'm not about to sit here and say DH was Super Dad and did it all. Not even close. Nor will I take away that ET did a lot of heavy lifting when the kids were younger (which kinda makes sense since she lied and fought to be CP). But to give her credit like that is absolutely laughable. And it's especially laughable coming from a woman who hasn't seen or talked to her grandkids (at least YSK) since the summer (if even then), whose grandkids don't like her, and whose own kids have played the "I don't want Mom living with me" game for a decade.

The mental gymnastics must be gold medal-level at this point.
