Felt like leaving because you can’t accept the blended family?

Has anyone ever felt like leaving because they just can't accept the fact that stepkids and BM are there.

And how do you pretend to atleast like the skids when they are around and not show so much annoyance?

In your situation, you should leave because he treats you poorly.  That's the real issue.  Not all men with kids are abusive jerks.

But I was put first by my DH so I stayed.  If he hadn't taken steps I would have left.

The issue is not that you can't accept the blended family.  It is that your man treats you like shit when his kids are around. It is his problem, not yours.  He is abusing you.

I'm sure many in steplife have at one point wished BM and the skids weren't there.  A good partner can make putting up with them worthwhile. You have a bad partner, so the SKs and BM are background noise, not your biggest problem.
