So yesterday we called the Judge's office to schedule another court date. That's when we found out that BM and her lawyer should up on Tuesday and they scheduled the new court date. I don't know how things work but I thought that since we filed that we would get to set the new date. They scheduled it for another month away after her move date. I'm just afraid that she's going to move and we are going to be out of luck. I know that we are kind-of screwed anyway going in without a lawyer but I know we are doing the right thing. A whole month of stressing out is not what I need right now. More time to get ready I guess.
