BIG Changes Coming!!!

Greetings Fellow Stepmothers!

I hope all you ladies are having a wonderful, EMPOWERED, Memorial Day, preferably with all your little step-minions at their birth mother's house.

As many of you know, I had a curve ball thrown at me in January of this year, at which time my 12 year old stepdaughter came to live with us quite unexpectedly. Since then, I have gone through a myriad of fluctuating emotions ranging from outright fury to begrudging acceptance. My health has taken a decided turn for the worse. And my marriage has sometimes resembled a pin-ball game... with both my husband and I desperately trying to keep clicking that little silver ball back into action.

The good news is that things seem to finally be getting under control. As some of you might remember, I have been writing a book about some of my experiences with my Mini-Wife Stepdaughter and what I have done to get this disease under control.

And guess what?

I have finally completed the first draft!

It has gone out to be edited. We are working on getting a cover ready for the book (as well as its companion book for dads) and if all goes well, it is scheduled to be released within a couple of weeks!

With the release of this book, hopefully the first of several I plan to write for stepmothers, I am tentatively planning a change in the name of my blog (currently A Little StepMama Drama on Blogger). I will probably integrate it into a new website intended to empower stepmothers. I am considering a forum, as well.

So hang in there, all you ladies out there learning to Embrace the Wicked... er... I mean... live as stepmothers. I hope you have a wonderful holiday.

I thought about that, but honestly don't know what else to call it where it is kinda clear what the book is all about and people will be able to find it in Amazon's search engine. Would love suggestions:)
