HAPPY 2015!!!!!

First off BM is still sitting in county jail awaiting the grand jury on Feb. 10th. LOL

As of today the state of KY has closed their DCBS case against her due to the fact we have obtained such a strict strong CO here in Indiana. So when/if she gets out of jail she can't play the 2 orders against each other and pick and chose which one should be followed first. The current CO reads

DH has sole legal and physical custody, BM has supervised visitation at the parenting time center every other Saturday for 4 hours and one weekday evening (DH picks) for 2 hours. BM is finically responsible for visitation, $25 an hour (BM has yet to do her intake process and the pay $30 intake fee). BM is also allowed one Saturday overnight if/when her mother comes in town (which she has only come to town 3 times this year).

I'm hoping this year to be a little calmer than last.
