Update: BM is still in jail

BM is still sitting in the county jail and went for the preliminary hearing this morning. We still don't know what caused her to be charged with a class D felony, but I will finally have time tomorrow morning to go pick up copies of the citation/police report. The Judge today said there was enough evidence to send to the grand jury and he also lowered her bail to $1000. If no one pays her bail she will have to sit in jail until February 10th when the grand jury meets, but if someone pays her bail she will have to submit to weekly drug test until February 10th. I am so blown away by how much of a POS she really has turned out to be, she has only gotten worse. Maybe just maybe she has finally hit rock bottom.

Well considering this is her 7th arrest for the year and she lost custody of her children I think she's hit rock bottom a handful of times this year.

I don't have the details yet, but she was arrested on 12/19/14 and charged with 3rd degree assault on a police officer, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and 2 counts of harassment with physical contact no injury

I am not hard-hearted, but do not help BM with money. That will only enable her. Anyone with a drug problem must get his/her own help. If they ever are to get clean, they must take the first step themselves. Good luck.

Oh we sure the hell won't bail her dumbass out. She can sit there for the rest of her useless life for all we care. I use to try to have some faith that she world change and get better for her kids but I have none at all.
