So the judge did not address everything FDH needed him to so there will be another modification date the judge is setting up. All contempt charges have been dropped.

1) FDH got medical decisions changed to 100% him unless there is an emergency. This is great we can finally get SD into the counseling she needs.

2) FDH will be compensated $90 a month in travel expenses in addition to the $50 a month child support she already pays when she is cleared to work again or gets disability(suppose to be August 1st). The judge made it clear if she does not disclose she is working or has any income she will be charged with contempt as this is in the WV statutes(which I already knew).

3) She cannot file contempt charges for FDH not answering the phone when he is working or when he is late dropping of SD due to work.

So we got part of what we wanted. It sucks we still have to drive the 3-4 hour round trip but what do we do. BM kept cutting off the judge and FDH and the judge told her if she speaks out of turn one more time she will be gone. This is what i got from the phone conversation i will know more when we get the order. And BM told the judge she is going to file for modification to get custody of SD. So our next hearing is going to be an easy one. We are also filling to have the court order through PA instead of WV since SD has been a resident of PA for over a year.

FDH is no longer allowed to smoke in the vehicle when transporting her to BM house. It isn't a problem the judge said he can pull over if needed and if SD is late getting to BM house that's fine.
