Unfair childsupport!

Had alot of time to think today and very unhappy with the whole child support thing! We have been paying since we found out about SS10 at age 2. We had a reassesment done when his income was really high. Oil then dropped right after and Havent made that income since but since we are interjurisdicional no lawyer will touch us to reassess! Well now SS is with us and we get nothing from her since she does all cash work to hide income. She still get baby bonus and wants us to pay when he goes to see her for the summer?! How is this fair!

It's not, but the law is "burdeon of proof" sucks big time but that's how it is

Oh HELL no!!

CS is for the entire year - not just for custodial time. Holy cow, I WISH we could deduct a grand from BM for our summer visitation - it wouldn't cover what we spend on her, but it'd be a start!

Tell her to piss up a rope if she wants CS while she's taking visitation.

Yup same with us,, we pay her when he's hear with us to,,or we would of paid MORE during the 10 1/2 months we don't see him,, it's a joke,,
can't you file your own modifacation forms with out lawyers?
