DH took skids to his mom's in another state for the rest of the week. This is their last week with us so my summer of hell ended a week early...YAY!!! This happened at the last minute yesterday. DH said that since he was taking vacation he might as well do something with the boys. He even considered taking DD2 with him, but decided that would be too much work :). So yesterday evening he packed himself and the boys into the car for a 500 mile trip.

Every time he has called me he has been screaming at the boys to behave. The boys forgot to pack their toothbrushes so he has to buy them new ones (not that they will use them, but whatever). He forgot to pack himself shirts because he was going to get some out of the laundry room but got distracted by the boys and forgot ;-). So now he is going to buy some new shirts for himself. I asked if he was going strait to the store and he said that he was going to drop off the boys at his mothers, so he could shop in peace. LOL!! Like I have ever gotten that option.

Anyway, it seems that he is getting an education. He has even promised me that he would take DD2 out for the day when he gets back and give me a whole day just to myself. Could he possibly be learning something?
