They're grasping at straws...

DH called GBM and left a voicemail asking her to call him back. He wanted to switch the exchange to the local mall (midway between our houses) because they've been acting so psychotic (He didn't add the psychotic part Blum 3 )
GBM BLEW UP at him. She said that from now on if he wants visitations he has to take her to court for them and that we neglect SD every time we have her. She said she'd keep him from SD.
When we're loading all the kids in the car, we need both hands. So, we have SD touch the taillight (so that she doesn't run into traffic etc) within arms length of us while we load the younger two. GBM says that was neglect.
She says we caused SD to have a bad asthma attack after she stayed with us because her pillowcase was dirty. Note, CPS saw the pillow (which is brand new and had a brand new case on it) and didn't say a word. She says that is neglect (Note: SHE never saw it. DH refused to let her past our dining room)
THEN she said that since we are cooperating with CPS that WE are the reason that they are losing the baby.

She's effing nuts....

CPS called while I was writing this to let me know that an allegation had been made and (Since they were JUST at our house and it was fine) they found it unfounded and dismissed it...

I'm still shaking. I swear, dealing with this is going to turn me grey...
Please pray.

Ummm...this is the grand mother right? Unless something is in the CO...legally she can not keep his kids from him. Charge her with kidnapping.

She is SD's legal guardian because we moved when BM went insane and didn't have a house when the guardianship went through.

They should prosecute people who make false CPS accusations AND false reports of domestic violence. BM has done both of these. She is a social worker so knows all of the cops in her small town and plays the "battered wife" victim role well (he never laid on hand on her when they were married OR divorced).

I will pray for you. I'm so sorry you have to go through this.
