I told him so

I told him not to buy all that softball gear and bags or to at least buy it second hand. I reminded him of volleyball . She didn't even make the team but he bought her all the gear. I reminded him of dance and ballet. She wanted all the outfits and shoes and bags for the introductory class. Ishe never went back. I reminded him of the eukalali and how she dropped it after two weeks and we still don't know where they expensive eukalali went. But no. He bought all that softball crap. So I said "how's softball going?" "Oh I dropped out. There were games and practices five days a week!!!!

sad

So SD15 called Thursday night at 11 pm and woke us to say, "DADDY!!!!!!!!! I am going to the ball Friday night (military ROTC) and I want you to come to the dance and see me in my dress!" A few questions were asked (is her date a boy? Remember she was dating the adult woman just last month) and she said, "Daddy! You are keeping me up. I have school tomorrow!"

So my friend just posted a selfie on facebook

She's an anorexic. The picture is of her in her hospital bed with feeding tubes and she looks like she is starving to death. She is nothing but bones and looks like she is dying. I haven't seen her in awhile. She lives many states away from me and she doesn't post a lot of pictures of herself. I know she suffers from this and has since a child but even with that knowledge it hurts so bad to see her this way.

So... say we are all professors at Step Parent University. What course would you teach ?

Welcome class. Welcome to Step Parent University. I'm Professor NoWireCoatHangarsEVER and I'm a subject matter expert on bratty entitled teenage stepdaughters with no manners.

You will see in the class syllabus that we will be covering such topics as

What to do when you go out to eat with family as a guest and your brother says he will treat and your step daughter orders the most expensive thing on the menu with an extra lobster tale.

After being in the deep deep trenches of step parenting hell, what course could you teach to the newbies?
