"Quick" background 

DH & BM have a CO with dollar amounts for Support, and SS14'S extracurriculars. BM registered the CO with maintenance enforcement and they are enforcing extracurriculars that SS14 is no longer in. We had already gone to court to get the CO changed so MEO would collect the right amounts but the judge dismissed it. 

BM called SS14 crying

So DH gets an email from the swim club that SS14'S account is over $1000 in arrears and he's not allowed to enter the pool. At this point DH had already dropped him off and when he went to check on him he saw he was in the pool. He didn't say anything to SS14 about it, just told BM to pay. 

Well BM called SS14 the next day crying about how sorry she was and telling him she owed $15,000 to the swim club blah blah blah. SS14 came to tell me and he was very upset. 

I called CPS on BM

So after finding out that BM knew her new bf was a perv, and discovering the cops won't do shit about it, I called CPS. 

BM's daughter was interviewed at school by a social worker, she was staying at her dad's since the night before. My SS14 was home for the day because BM was working and couldn't pick him and his brother up from school. SS14's school is within walking distance but he claims he had to babysit his brother. Although his brother usually babysits their little sister so that made zero sense to me. 

I'm back, and I need some quick advice

Hi all- formerly 1dad5kids but welcomed our baby girl earlier this year Smile

We have a situation going on and I need some advice. 

BM has gone kind of nuts. Since her and SS14's former StepDad split, she's been dating all sorts of weirdos and randoms. She filed false abuse charges on her ex bf and is going to court for that, but yesterday I discovered some shocking news.
