Ok so here goes. I am new at this but this is my story and maybe other have some advice for me or maybe I can help some one else just by venting ( I am thinking I am only helping myself). I have a SS that is now 14. When I first met him he was 6. We got along fine until I married his father. I have a 9 year old daughter. My husband and I have been married for a little over 7 years. Ok once we got married it is like invasion of the body snatchers happened with my SS. My daughter was only 2 when we got married and she doesn't remember a time without my husband or SS. My SS on the other hand had his BM and dad married and together till he was 4. Then they divorced and I married his father when he was 6. Ok you may be saying get t the point or what has he been doing. Well here we go at 6 he started sneaking in our bedroom at night and staring at us while we slept. He would also do this in the early morning hours around 5am. My H would get onto him and tell him not to do it again but he always would do it again. I believe it was because there was never any real punishment for this. I also have to say I found this very creepy thankfully I always have and always will as long as he is around my home have a video monitor in my daughters room just case. It

:jawdrop: Ummm this would freak me out completely. It's like he's plotting ways to punish you while you sleep. If this was my SS I wouldn't wait for his dad to step in, I'd stomp it out really fast. Does he still do it at 14?? I hope he stops soon, sorry you have to put up with such creepiness.

That creepy ahole has no business being in your room EVER! I agree that he needs some sort of punishment.

Ewwwww! Omg, can you imagine how freaked out he would be if he found you staring over him while he slept. I bet he would feel violated and creeped out too. What a weird kid.

I have some werid Stepshits that never get punished as well. One night when sshit(15) was about 9 or 10 he came in our room at 3:00 am, turned on the light, took MY dog off our bed and left. I sat up and FLIPPED OUT! My H did nothing. I was LIVID! I marched out and took my dog from him and told him to go to bed and stay the FUCK OUT OF OUR ROOM. That was the first time the Sshits ever saw me that upset. My H got mad at ME for getting so upset.

My SD used to do exactly the same thing. It is extremely freaky & creepy! I still think about it now.

Both DH & I told her numerous times to stop it & got no explanation as to why she was doing it. I would always wake to her coming in but DH would sleep through so I had to wake him. I stopped waking him & would just get angry at SD when she would creep in & stand there & that would wake DH & get SD out of the room.

Thankfully she stopped doing it. Hopefully this was just a short faze for you too - please tell me he's not still doing it at 14? I totally 100% understand how disturbing it is - it feels like some kind of devil child from a horror movie!
