You'd better believe that if this was a non custodial FATHER, they'd issue an Amber Alert!!!

The father doesn't have the custody of this child either (he's in jail in Florida). The woman's extended family is who the child was placed with.

That is a moot point. The fact of the matter is that the mother did not have custody--only supervised visits-- she kidnapped the daughter, yet the authorities did not see fit to issue an Amber alert. You know if the shoe was on the other foot they would be Amber alerting out the ying-yang.
