Yoga and Me

"Inhale, exhale..."

I keep on hearing this as I focus all my attention on what the teacher is saying. I am already on my second day of yoga class and I have to say I am enjoying every moment of it.

For a panic attack sufferer like, I need to get all the help I need. A friend of mine immediately invited me to her yoga sessions once she learned that I suffer from panic attacks. She said it would be good for me since I can learn so many techniques on how to control panic attacks.

You see I never imagined that I would be diagnosed with panic attacks. I could not forget that day when I walked into my family's doctor for decades. He gently told me that I suffer from panic attacks and that I should not let this disorder get the better of me.

That is the main reason why I am now enrolled in a yoga class. I highly recommend it to panic attacks sufferer like me. I get a lot of ideas on how to calm myself and concentrate on my breathing. My friend is heaven sent. Sometimes we just do not know that our friends are angels who are there to guide us all the way.
